Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to StorageKeys ("StorageKeys", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of StorageKeys' website, storage facilities, and related storage services across the UAE.
By accessing our website, requesting our services, entering into a storage agreement, or using a StorageKeys facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any additional terms contained in your individual storage agreement.
1. Our Storage Services
StorageKeys provides storage solutions for individuals and businesses, including self storage, business storage, warehouse storage, climate-controlled storage, luggage storage, and vehicle storage.
The availability, size, pricing, access arrangements, rental period, and other conditions may vary depending on the storage solution selected and the terms of the customer's individual agreement.
StorageKeys reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue particular services where reasonably necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or business requirements.
2. Storage Agreements
Customers may be required to enter into a separate storage agreement before using a StorageKeys facility or storage space.
The individual storage agreement may contain specific information regarding:
- Storage space or unit assigned to the customer.
- Rental fees and payment arrangements.
- Storage period and renewal terms.
- Access arrangements.
- Insurance coverage.
- Cancellation or termination requirements.
- Customer responsibilities.
- Applicable restrictions and conditions.
Where a storage agreement contains terms that specifically apply to a customer's storage arrangement, those terms will govern the relevant service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when entering into a storage agreement and for keeping their contact and account information up to date.
3. Customer Access
StorageKeys provides 24/7 access to its facilities, subject to the terms of the applicable storage agreement and facility procedures.
Customers are responsible for keeping access credentials, keys, and other access methods secure. Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorised individuals.
Customers may allow authorised representatives, employees, movers, or other individuals to access their storage space where permitted. Customers remain responsible for the actions of individuals they authorise to access their storage space.
StorageKeys may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, emergencies, security concerns, legal requirements, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the facility.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using StorageKeys facilities appropriately and complying with applicable facility rules.
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information when using our services.
- Pay all applicable fees when they become due.
- Keep their access credentials secure.
- Use their storage space only for permitted purposes.

- Follow applicable safety and facility procedures.
- Ensure that authorised representatives comply with StorageKeys' rules.
- Promptly report damage, security concerns, or other significant issues.
- Remove their belongings when the storage agreement ends, subject to applicable terms.
Customers must not use StorageKeys facilities for unlawful purposes or in a manner that creates a risk to other customers, employees, property, or the facility.
5. Prohibited Items
Customers must not store illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items within StorageKeys facilities.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal goods or stolen property.
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
- Flammable liquids, fuels, fireworks, or explosive materials.
- Toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or hazardous chemicals.
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Live animals.
- Perishable goods likely to spoil or attract pests.
- Hazardous waste or materials requiring specialist handling.
- Items that create excessive odours, fumes, leakage, or contamination.
- Any item that creates an unreasonable fire, health, safety, environmental, or security risk.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that everything placed in storage complies with these requirements and applicable UAE laws.
StorageKeys may require prohibited items to be removed and may take appropriate action where stored property creates a safety, legal, or security concern.
6. Storage of Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for ensuring that belongings are appropriately packed, prepared, and stored.
Items should be stored in a manner that does not create a risk of damage to other property or the storage facility. Customers should not place liquids, hazardous materials, or items likely to leak, deteriorate, or cause contamination within their storage space.
StorageKeys may provide different storage environments depending on the service selected. Customers are responsible for selecting a storage solution appropriate for the nature of their belongings.
7. Insurance Coverage
StorageKeys provides automatic and comprehensive insurance coverage for stored belongings, subject to the applicable insurance terms, conditions, exclusions, requirements, and coverage limits.
Customers should review the insurance provisions applicable to their storage agreement to understand the protection available for their stored property.
Insurance coverage does not permit customers to store prohibited items or remove their responsibility to comply with StorageKeys' safety and storage requirements.
8. Fees and Payments
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable storage fees and other charges in accordance with their storage agreement.
Pricing may vary depending on the storage type, space required, rental period, location, and services selected.
Customers should ensure that payments are made on time. Where an account becomes overdue, StorageKeys may take reasonable action in accordance with the applicable storage agreement, which may include restricting access or taking other measures permitted under the agreement and applicable law.
Any applicable fees, payment terms, cancellation conditions, or other financial obligations will be communicated to customers through the relevant agreement or service documentation.
9. Cancellation and Termination
Customers may end their storage arrangement in accordance with the cancellation and termination provisions of their individual storage agreement.
When a storage agreement ends, customers are responsible for removing their belongings within the applicable timeframe and settling any outstanding amounts.
StorageKeys may terminate or suspend a storage arrangement where permitted under the applicable agreement, including circumstances involving non-payment, prohibited activities, serious safety concerns, misuse of the facility, or violation of these Terms of Service.
Where belongings remain after termination, StorageKeys may take appropriate action in accordance with the storage agreement and applicable UAE law.
10. Website Use
The StorageKeys website provides information about our storage services, facilities, locations, and related offerings.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service availability, pricing, promotions, storage capacity, and other information may change without notice.
Customers must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to systems, or introduce malicious software or harmful material.
11. Liability and Limitations
StorageKeys takes reasonable measures to maintain secure and suitable storage facilities. However, no storage facility or security system can eliminate every possible risk.
StorageKeys is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including events caused by natural disasters, government action, utility failures, third-party services, or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to applicable law and the customer's storage agreement.
Any liability relating to stored belongings, services, or insurance will be subject to the applicable storage agreement, insurance terms, and applicable UAE law.
13. Changes to These Terms
StorageKeys may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, facilities, business operations, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a customer's individual storage agreement contains specific terms, those terms will continue to apply according to the agreement.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms of Service periodically.
